Second AI Brain Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Second Brain. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Version 1.0.5 is available on the App Store. The hosted-AI subscription and discontinued-email terms below apply to 1.0.5 and later. Devices still running 1.0.4 use a user-configured AI provider and may offer Gmail integration; see the version boundary in the Privacy Policy.
Personal productivity service
Second Brain helps you capture, organize, retrieve, and act on personal information. AI-generated memories, knowledge, summaries, drafts, and suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions or communications based on them.
Your content and connected services
You retain responsibility for content you add or connect. You must have the right to process that content and must use the app lawfully. Apple, Google, email providers, Cloudflare, and MiniMax operate under their own terms.
Email integration
Version 1.0.5 and later no longer offer mailbox connection, email analysis, or reply drafts. Previous device-local mail data is not processed by the hosted AI service; see the Privacy Policy for the upgrade boundary.
Hosted AI subscription
The app uses a hosted frontier multimodal flagship AI model for text-based tasks through a Second Brain Cloudflare relay; it does not offer a bring-your-own-key mode. By using an AI feature, you authorize transmission of the bounded content needed for that feature through the relay to MiniMax as described in the Privacy Policy. The relay does not persist model content. A three-day introductory trial is available only when eligible under Apple's subscription rules and is subject to lower usage and document-size limits. Continuing AI use after the trial requires an active auto-renewing monthly or quarterly subscription. Prices, renewal terms, and any introductory offer are shown by Apple before purchase. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Apple; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Existing local data remains accessible after AI access ends.
Availability and safety
The app is provided on an as-available basis. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety advice. Do not rely on notifications, background processing, generated content, or connected services as the sole means of handling critical matters.
Changes and termination
You may stop using the app, disconnect services, and delete local data at any time. These terms may be updated when the product or applicable requirements change; the effective date above will be revised.

第二大脑帮助你记录、整理、检索并利用个人信息。AI 生成的记忆、知识、摘要、草稿和建议可能不完整或不准确；你应自行审核输出，并对基于输出作出的决定或沟通负责。
你的内容与连接服务
你仍对添加或连接的内容负责，并须确保有权处理相关内容且合法使用 App。Apple、Google、邮箱服务商、Cloudflare 和 MiniMax 分别适用其自身条款。
邮箱集成
1.0.5 及后续版本不再提供邮箱连接、邮件分析或回复草稿。旧版本留在设备上的邮件数据不会由托管 AI 服务处理；升级后的边界见隐私政策。
托管 AI 订阅
App 通过第二大脑的 Cloudflare 转发服务使用托管的前沿多模态旗舰大模型处理文本任务，不提供自带 Key 模式。使用 AI 功能即授权将该功能所需的有界内容经转发服务发送至 MiniMax；转发服务不持久化模型内容，详情见隐私政策。符合 Apple 订阅资格的用户可享三天入门试用，试用的次数和文档大小限额更低。试用后继续使用 AI 需要有效的按月或按季度自动续费订阅。购买前 Apple 会展示价格、续订条件和适用的试用优惠。可通过 Apple 管理或取消；取消后在已付费周期结束时停止续订。AI 权限结束不影响查看已有本地资料。
可用性与安全
App 按实际可用状态提供，不能替代医疗、法律、财务、紧急或安全领域的专业意见。不要将通知、后台运行、生成内容或连接服务作为处理关键事项的唯一手段。
变更与停止使用
你可以随时停止使用 App、断开服务并删除本机数据。产品或适用要求变化时，本条款可能更新，并相应修改生效日期。
